Government finally reveals what caused Nkaissery’s unexpected death

Preliminary investigations have shown that the late Interior CS Joseph Ole Nkaisserry suffered a heart attack.A postmortem conducted by Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor revealed Nkaissery suffered a heart attack ruling out foul play.Daily Nation reports that the late CS suffered from suffered from Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (acute heart attack due to compromised blood vessels) which leads to the bursting of heart arteries.The autopsy was conducted at the Lee Funeral Home where the late CS is still lying in state. The examination started at around 10.30am and was scheduled to end at 4pm.Despited the speculation that the CS was killed, doctors ruled out the possibility of foul play in the CS's death and said further tests are being conducted to establish the cause of the high blood pressure.The government has set in place a committee to organise the burial which is set for Saturday, July 15 at his family farm in Bisil, Kajiado county.The memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 13, at the Nairobi Baptist Church along Ngong road and will begin at 9:30am.It will be open to the public.
