Former President Obama has agreed to speak at a Wall Street conference for $400,000, according to a new report.That's a clean Ksh 40 million.In other words, it will take the former just one speech to earn in dollars what it took him one year to make as president.Obama will serve as the keynote speaker for a luncheon hosted by Cantor Fitzgerald LP, a mid-sized New York investment bank, sources told Fox Business.It will be the first scheduled paid speech of Obama’s post-White House career.The network's sources said Obama has signed a contract for the speech with the mid-size investment bank in New York.Cantor is waiting to coordinate with Obama before making a formal announcement, it continued.Obama can reportedly back out of the arrangement if scheduling conflicts or other concerns arise, it added.Obama took to the stage in Chicago for his first public appearance since Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.
