Aisha Buhari warns ‘team mafisi’ in her latest announcement on social media

First Lady Aisha Buhari, yesterday, raised a social media storm after she affirmed that hyenas and jackals taking advantage of her husband’s illness would sooner than later be sent out of the kingdom.Aisha, who wrote this on her Facebook page on Monday, was giving voice to an earlier post made by Shehu Sani, senator representing Kaduna central.She is currently at the UK to visit the president who is on medical vacation.“God has answered the prayers of the weaker animals. The Hyenas and the Jackals will soon be sent out of the kingdom,” she wrote.“We strongly believe in the prayers and support of the weaker animals.“Long live the weaker animals, Long live Nigeria.”The Nigerian first lady made the colorful comments on social media following a post by Shehu Sani, a Nigerian senator, who has expressed support for Buhari in the past.Sani posted a cryptic statement on Facebook last week, urging Nigerians to pray for the “absent Lion King,” presumably a reference to the missing Nigerian president. Sani added that “the hyenas and the jackals are scheming” and they're hopeful that “the Lion King never wakes or comes back so that they can be king.”Her response was soon trending on Twitter in Nigeria, with many delighted by the suggestion her husband was on the mend.But people were divided on her use of metaphor.YOu SiP_RAiN‏ (@WeSmokeCLouds) tweeted: "I don't know which is more insulting.
