Esther Passaris graduates but here's why some Kenyans don't believe she earned the degree
Newly elected Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris had another reason to celebrate after graduating on Saturday at the prestigious United States International University-Africa (USIU-A).Taking to Twitter, Passaris shared some of her pictures during graduation and thanked God for the journey.Unlike most people who would lock themselves up after graduation, Passaris later stepped out and joined hundreds of Christians at the Citam Church in Karen for the Hillsong Praise and worship concert.Though it was a huge millstone for her, it left some Kenyans questioning after she took only a year to earn the Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration degree.According to many, the politician couldn't have both time to campaign and still attended her classes. Others wonder how only year in school could give you a degree.Passaris also holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London. She also studied Advanced Management Program course at Strathmore Business School.
Last year I set a goal and worked towards it. Today, I'm proud to join my fellow graduands as the #ClassOf2017. #USIUgrad17 pic.twitter.com/yzBHYLLRlI
