Raila Odinga vows to fight on until he is sworn-in as President, Uhuru will not dialogue

The National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, has cautioned the government, saying it will not be business as usual until he takes the oath of office.

NASA CEO, Norman Magaya confirmed that plans to swear in the opposition leader as president were on course.The Opposition honcho spoke in Kilifi County during a consultative forum of the Coast People’s Assembly on Sunday, December 17, at the Sun ‘N’ Sand Beach Resort.According to a report by Standard Digital, the CEO revealed that the swearing will happen within the next ten days or so but would not go beyond 2017 "It certainly cannot go beyond 2017, and so we are talking of this happening within the next 10 days or so." Magaya was quoted.He added that the Jubilee administration had adopted a false sense of normalcy which the opposition party was not going to accept. "We have to end the culture of electoral impunity once and for all and in this year,” Magaya said.Magaya also said that once Raila is sworn-in, he will proceed to implement the NASA manifesto for the next five years. If he is stopped, NASA will resort to the right for self-determination.“It’s either democracy or self-determination.”
