Uhuru and Raila are going back for round two but Uhuru has this one major advantage over Raila that might see him win

As Kenyans prepare to go to the ballot for another presidential election after the Supreme Court nullified Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election, Uhuru might be having a huge advantage over Raila Odinga.His party has the numbers to conduct a major re-election campaign for Uhuru Kenyatta in the counties and constituencies in which they won.Jubilee Party garnered a majority of elective seats in the bicameral parliament.Jubilee Party garnered 164 of 290 parliamentary seats as the National Super Alliance garnered 124 seats including 16 Woman Representative seats.It also had 31 women representatives, who also seat in the National Assembly and their influence in Uhuru's campaign in the repeat election cannot be overstated.It has the majority number of elected governors- 25 out of 47 and senators (38 out of 47) which shall mean Raila does not have many people to push his bid to the locals.A six-judge bench, by majority decision, on Friday indicted the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), saying it conducted the elections contrary to the dictates of the Constitution and poll laws.Chief Justice David Maraga agreed together with Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Smokin Wanjala and Isaac Lenaola that the electoral body messed up transmission of poll results.Following the Supreme Court verdict, Kenyans will return to the vote on November 1.
