Crocodile returns with body of a dead man it killed after being summoned by a witch doctor (video)

Villagers are convinced a witch doctor summoned a crocodile to return a missing man snatched from a river after it brought the man’s corpse to the bank.

The 41-year-old, known as Syarifuddin, was bathing with friends when the six-and-a-half foot reptile pounced and dragged him beneath the water in Berau, Indonesia, on Tuesday.Desperate relatives searched for Syarifuddin but he appeared to have disappeared in the murky depths of the Lempake river after police failed to find him.Villagers contacted a local black magic wizard who specialises in crocodile witch craft and they cast a spell for Syarifuddin to be brought back alive.The witch doctor apparently cast a spell on the crocodile and incredibly, it returned the body on Wednesday morning.The massive beast floated Syarifuddin's body to the river's banks, holding it in its jaws. The locals then collected it.A local police officer referred to the witch doctor as a "crocodile charmer" and "crocodile whisperer." There was also speculation that the crocodile was guarding Syarifuddin's body from other crocodiles.Watch the video below to see
