American rapper Mos Def a.k.a Yaasin Bey was in Kenya a few years ago and hasn't forgotten the visit.In fact, it was one of the best tours he has had in his illustrious career according to him.Speaking in the New York based Radio station Hot 97, Bey explained life in Africa in general and mentioned Nairobi in particular – how things are never as many would probably assume, and the world tries to push down the narrative that Kenya, and Africa is inhabitable.Yaasin Bey visited Kenya in 2015 and, like many other international celebrities, fell in love with the country.Sources also claimed he was even planning to buy a house in the country.Listen what he had to say about Kenya in the interview below:
