Meet the Nakuru man supplying hundreds of Kenyans in the US with Nyama Choma
The Nyama choma business in Kenya is always a big business but in the US, however, it's not that huge.Thanks to Nakuru born, Eutyekus Kangarua who lives in the New Jersey, the business is growing in strides.Kangarua is a chef and has a catering business that has been serving Kenyans in the US especially with Nyama Choma, a very rare delicacy in the country.Back in Kenya, he used to work in a slaughter house in Dagoretti and when he moved to the US, he decided to continue with the business other than just being employed."When I came here and saw everybody is looking for employment and I was a businessman back home, I didn't fit in that situation whereby I'm gonna be going to work," says Kangarua."But I had first to work to get capital. So when I was going to work I kept praying to God that I'm work to keep my business going on."Watch the full interview below:
